Agent Onboarding Steps
Welcome to Habloft: Your Trusted Partner
Below we will outline the steps to start your registration.
This is for NEW agents that have just passed the state exam.
- Complete the "Welcome to Habloft Package" via DocuSign
- Upload your transcripts and state passing form
- Create an account on the IDFPR portal application.
- Submit a Real Estate Online Application on the portal.
- Email us at Admin@habloft.com and Chucrala1@gmail.com a copy of the payment receipt from IDFPR.
- Set up your association. We are members of the Chicago Association of Realtors and Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. You can pick either one.
- You will need to pay the dues to the Association and submit a copy of your 45-day sponsor card and a copy of the IDFPR receipt.
- Confirm access to the MLS with a new agent ID.
- Please remember to sign up for your IL Post License 45-hour course.
