NEw Agent Registration

Below we will outline the steps to start your registration. 

This is for NEW agents that have just passed the state exam.

1. Complete the "Welcome to Habloft Package" via DocuSign
2. Upload your transcripts and state passing form
3. Create an account on the IDFPR portal application.  
4. Submit a Real Estate Online Application on the portal.
5. Email us at Admin@habloft.com and Chucrala1@gmail.com a copy of the payment receipt from IDFPR.
6. Set up your association. We are members of the Chicago Association of Realtors and Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. You can pick either one.
7. You will need to pay the dues to the Association and submit a copy of your 45-day sponsor card and a copy of the IDFPR receipt.
8. Confirm access to the MLS with a new agent ID.
9. Please remember to sign up for your IL Post License 45-hour course.
